| You are required to login to cabcards before you can benefit from the full use of the GCT Cabcard. Your login allows us to keep your information secure, and provide you with a superior service.

| Before you Login, you must have registered with us. If you have not done this yet, click HERE. If you have registered, you can access the login page from the dynamic menu at the top of this page, or using the link provided at the bottom. |

In order to login sucessfully you will need
- LOGIN Username
- LOGIN Password
- Verification code if this is your FIRST use (This was emailed to you when you registered)

| Some Common Problems |

| My Login was Refused. |
| |
You may have entered your details incorrectly. Remember that the system is CASE SENSITIVE and you should check that your CAPS Lock is OFF and retry. |

| I have forgotten my Username or Password |
| |
If you have forgotten your username and password you should contact us by EMAIL. You must send your email by the address you used to register, and you should supply us with your first and last name.
We will reset your password and let you know by email when we have done this. |

| I never received a verification code! |
| |
Your verification code was sent to you when you registered with cabcards. If you failed to receive your verification code, it is likely you entered your email address incorrectly. In this instance, you should contact us by email, indicating your first and last name, and your username, indicating the correct email address for the account. We will then re-issue the details to the new email address and update our database for you.
