| Hopefully we've made registering at Cabcards simple, however if you have problems, we have some suggestions for you. |

| In order to regsiter and gain access to the cabcards facility you MUST have the use of a valid email address. When registering, we will send a verification code to that email address, and you will be required to enter this code during your first login to cabcards to let us know that you are who you say, and that your access is not a hack. |

In order to Register sucessfully you will need to provide us with some information.
- A Username that you would like to use to access Cabcards
- A preferred Password.
- Your first and last names - these will be used in the website greeting. if you need these changed after you have registered, you will have to email us using the email account you use in the registration process.
- A valid email address that you have access to.

| Once you have this information, proceed to the registration page and enter the data. When you're ready, click on "Register" and if there are errors the page will be returned, and notes will be provided where you have entered invalid data. If all went well, you will be presented with a new user confirmation page, where you will be instructed to check your email, prior to logging in. |

| Some Common Problems |

| My Registration keeps sending me back to the error page |

You have omitted some essential information and your request cannot be processed. Please remember to fill in ALL the required fields. Information on each field is provided by clicking on the item desription in the left column of the registration form. You will notice these links because the font will change when you hover your mouse over them. |

| I don't have an email address, but still need to use cabcards. |

We're sorry, but you cannot use cabcards without an email address. You should consider using a free email supplier to gain an email address. You could try Yahoo, or Hotmail for this |

| I never received a verification code! |
| |
Your verification code was sent to you when you registered with cabcards. If you failed to receive your verification code, it is likely you entered your email address incorrectly. In this instance, you should contact us by email, indicating your first and last name, and your username, indicating the correct email address for the account. We will then re-issue the details to the new email address and update our database for you.
